Perranporth Beach

Perranporth Beach is a joy for all ages.  Three miles of clean sandy beaches stretch from Perranporth towards Holywell Bay.  The beach faces directly west making for the most beautiful sunsets and regular waves which make it such a favourite for Surfing and Body Boarding.

The beach has lifeguards present throughout the summer.  Please follow their instructions and don;t go  into the water when they are not on duty.

If you are using the beach car park beware, they are regularly patrolled!

Dogs are allowed on the beach throughout the year, but must be on leads near the town during busy periods.

There is a sea water swimming pool in Chapel Rock and lots of Rock Pooling potential beyond the stream.

The Watering Hole, right on the beach, offers surf hire, refreshments, great meals and a great bar with Sky Sports.  They run regular live music events – we even saw Tom Jones here, check the events page.
